OF all the beautiful homes on White Horse Drive in Mokorua Gorge, this four-bedroom executive home stands out as having the widest north-facing aspect, making it, possibly, the sunniest house on the block.

However, we haven’t got to the best part. Be sure to check out the garage. The extra-big, fully lined internal access garage has a secret man cave at the back.

The workshop area is more than just a shed. It is finished with the same attention to detail that can be seen throughout the home and windows on both sides of the garage and a side door allow plenty of light in.

Also off the garage is a separate laundry room with a third toilet located close to the man cave and handy for anyone working outside.

With great indoor-outdoor flow to a private patio area from both the living areas and the bedrooms and terrific attention to detail, this home really deserves viewing in person.
