Honey soy chicken nibbles

You will need:

¼ cup of honey
¼ cup of soy sauce
2 Tablespoons of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of lemon zest
2 Tablespoons of sesame seeds
2 Tablespoons of oil
1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
2 cloves crushed garlic
900 grams of chicken nibbles

Method: In a large bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, lemon juice and zest, sesame seeds, oil ginger and garlic.

Add the chicken nibbles, mix well until the chicken is evenly coated.

Cover and refrigerate for one to two hours.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Remove the chicken from the marinade and place in a roasting dish lined with baking paper.

Cook for 30 to 35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden
Serve with mashed potatoes and vegetables.
